Okay, don’t kill me, but as much as I squealed over the definite Troy & Gabriella a.k.a. Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, my heartdoubled over when I saw Olesya Rulin and Lucas Grabeel decked out in prom attire and looking so cute and yummy! This certain feature sneak peek appears in the July 14th issue of People Magazine and you all better pick a copy up….if not for the Troy&Gabby stuff, definitely for the Ryan & Kelsi cuteness.
Oh and also, Zac, even from the previews alone, I’m loving the dance moves We’ll talk about the rhumba later.

If you said “YES” - then you’re in luck!
Remember that feature USA today did for High School Musical 2? Remember how we squee over the pictures George Lange took of the Wildcats? You don’t remember? Ok…let me remind you:
Now, do you remember? Well, get ready my friend - because we are about to get the HSM3 version!
USA today will have a feature of HSM3 (and Corbin Bleu) this coming Monday, July 7th! Now, we are not sure to what extent it will be or if we get lots of great pictures like last time. But you better believe we will be keeping our eyes open for this..

…is a sign. It is the only evidence remaining of the craziness that took place at EHS over the last two months. Our mission started about three months ago and we can’t believe that it is actually over…what was our mission, you ask? Well, to track the progress and report information regarding the filming of HSM3. Did we accomplish this? I guess we’ll let you the readers of VABN decide but for yourselves, we think we did. You may be wondering why Agent 801 is writing “we?” Well, the secret will now be out that your beloved Agent was more than one person…in fact, many were involved in daily operations. Not once did we go against any rules or do anything illegal—as you know we did not take on-set pictures nor reveal anything that we thought would spoil the movie—we felt that an Agent needed to use discretion even though a lot of those spoilers have now been published by others. We will say that the Agent(s) had the experience of a lifetime whenever we uncovered a tidbit worth sharing. It was fun and we hope we made if fun for you so that now you are looking forward to the movie even more. We know we are!
So now that filming is over and the last TG scenes completed—what’s next? Well a day after leaving the pap pics have already appeared and while we know many of you have been disappointed in the lack of pics while the cast was in SLC, know that we have witnessed ZV love in person and in abundance! And yes, they are squee-worthy as is anyone in the cast including Kenny and Manly! We think it was great for the cast to have some privacy while here and hope it indicates that they will come back and maybe even buy houses next door to us? We can hope…but we will return if there are visits or maybe a Utah premiere? An agent(s) can dream, right?
Over and out,
Your faithful Agent(s) 801
xoxo
P.S. And, yes, Disney will be getting our bill for withdrawal therapy…

So first we had the conversion from video tapes to DVDS and most of us should remember how that went. The price jack, the having to actually buy a DVD player because the only thing you had and could afford was a newer VCR player and can we talk about trying to wire the new equipment up? Yeah, so it was difficult and now the entertainment industry is plugging Blu-rays off of the general public. But this may be one time where I have to investigate the Blu-ray Discs and it’s equipment. All for the love of High School Musical, ladies and gents, all for the love.
Disney is set to launch something called the Disney BD Live Network, which invites you into a whole online community. Um, isn’t this what we have here anyway? It’s a free service that will be included on every Disney Blu-ray disc starting with “Sleeping Beauty” on October 17, and will connect Blu-Ray Disc Live-enabled movies to the Internet, allowing a variety of interactive features to be downloaded to the disc. And this is what gets me - The ability for people to sync their players together and watch the film in real-time together with on-screen chatting capabilities. Can anyone say VABN/FanForum HSM3 Viewing Party in the future?
Want more? Sure, why not. Disney can even hold a live viewing for fans with the Wildcat 10 and rest of the cast, with everyone’s machines sync’d together across America as they provide commentary and respond to questions. Who else wants to ask about his hair and how often he cuts it? Or, we could even ask Vanessa about her home-schooling that she’s mentioned almost every interview that I’ve seen so far. I know what I would be asking though - CAN WE BE YOUR STREET TEAM?
There’s no news on whether there are plans to do this for HSM1 or 2, but I wouldn’t put it past Disney to do so. High School Musical is still a major money maker and I have a feeling will be for a long, long time. So, who’s up for that viewing party?

So I noticed that Amazon has the soundtrack for High School Musical 3: Senior Yearnow available for pre-order. Didn’t really warrant a closer look since the tracklisting has not been added yet. But then the picture they used (the album cover) caused me to stop and raised an eyebrow:
Do you see it? Are you scratching your head too? I mean, Chad Danforth? Really? Talk about false advertisement (or maybe a misunderstanding on our part?); and where the heck is Ryan’s other leg?
