So it looks like non-US residents are not able to order Sneakernight through ITunes. But one of our very resourceful VABN readers, Vicky, found a possible solution for you (it worked for her). She sent us an email with instructions on how non-US residents can order the single.

It’s been a week since the poll to determine how Jackie’s next fanfic should be presented here.
The day is not over yet but from the looks of it - the majority (75%) of those who participated in the poll, would like to see the story all at once - so whole story it is.
Just a preview. It is another Zanessa story, 10 chapters long. I don’t know how much you can tell from the title but it is - Puppy Love No More. I have received 3 chapters so far, and yes I love it. I’ll post as soon as I get chapter 10.

Jackie’s new fanfic, that’s what!
I have a feeling you’ll love this one as much as you love the first story Jackie shared with us.
The only thing is, it has multiple chapters. I’m not sure if you guys want me to post the chapters as soon as I get them. Or if you want me to wait until I get the completed fanfic from Jackie.
So I put together this poll, to kinda help me gauge what you guys want. Voting ends next Sunday.

Remember the fanfic that Jackiesent to us? Many of you really enjoyed it; no surprise there since it is a very good story. Well, another reader sent an email wanting to present it in a video format. After getting Jackie’s permission, here is Martine’s handiwork. Great job you guys!

After seeing our short little diddy about her date with Corbin here, on VABN, Haley Fowler offered us a chance to tell her complete story and share her pictures with you, our fabulous readers. After about 6297 emails back and forth with me last night, she sent me the link to her MySpace blog and instead of trying to tell her story, I’m just going to let you read her words.
Wow! That’s all I have to say. I’m really sorry this might be pretty long but you guys asked for details :] alright so we were told to met at the hard rock cafe on the universial city walk at 12. So me and my dad were chillin and its like 5 after and nooo sign of mr. Bleu. So I walked in and and I was greeted by a j14 editor and photographer. So we were talking and about 5 minutes later I’m looking out the door and I see him walking with his dad. I didn’t really know what to do so the j-14 people and myself were just talking. And he sees me runs up to me (literaly) and gives me this hugeeee hug and goes HALLLLEEYYYYYY!!! Its so nice to finally meet you! And he just kept hugging me…it was a good 2 minute hug haha. So then I met his dad and he’s super sweet. So then we were standing in the lobby of the hard rock and he saw my bright orange nail polish and loved it. He’s like that’s the coolest thing everrr…and I went on to tell him that everyone back home made fun of me for it. And he was all don’t they know its halloween??!! Then I said exactlyyyy so right of the bat we were having a good time. And he met my dad and then his dad decided to invite my dad to lunch so its me and corbin, our dads, and then the 2 j14 staff members. So okay idk if any of you have been to the hard rock there but in the bar there’s this car that rotates but its like hanging from the celling? Haha anyways he was talking about
how cool that was and he goes our goal is to get in that car and take pics…and just have a party. Haha so I was all how do we get up there?? And he said welll idk we will figure it out (needless to say…we never got in the car hahahah). So then we were walking to our table and he goes soooo haley, my date, where do u want to sit? And I was like how bout right here…so he pulled out my chair and everything….quite the gentleman! And then he goes well where should I sit? And I said well corbin that’s up to you…and he’s all well since you are my date I have to sit across from you…I have to look at you. Hahah so he sits down and he asked me how old I was and I told him 17 and he asked when I turn 18. And then asked what my sign was…and I told him that I was a capricorn. And he’s goes oohhh very nice..we must be a good match hahaa. So he’s talking about random stuff and goes so I hear your allergic to seafood…and I told him all about that and he’s like well don’t worry and he told me I should try the hamburgers and then I told him I was a vegetarian and he was sooo fasinated by that. And he told me he was going to eat vegetarian for the day….but then he ordered a cajiun chicken sandwhich because his trainer told him he had to eat meat. Hmmm lets see what else. Ohhh I gave him his present and he absolulty loved it. I though it was cheesy but all he kept telling me was omg haley your
so cute and your so sweet. And never once did he not look me in the eyes. It was full eye contact the whole time…and I was like omg catch me as I fall! Haha.So then he was like I heard u had to write a poem to meet me. And he wanted to read it and the only copy I had was on my phone so he stole my phone and read it and he was laughing and smiling….saw a lil blushing hahah but he was like omg that’s amazing and he gave me like 4847 more hugs hahah. So we talked about college and how his shinning moment was getting into stanford but he doesn’t have time to go there. And he applied to 12 schools including the one I want to go to heehee. So we talked about that. And we talked about my
music promoting that I do and he wanted to know about all the bands I
help out. He was soooo intrigued by every little detail of my life. It was sweet. Umm we talked about his new movie he’s producing and about his leapord and he’s going to see it in a week or so. We talked about his fans and how much he loved them and I thanked him for coming out and meeting me. And he was like omg haley u have no idea what it means to me that you wanted to meet me and I was like well I’m just another fan and he’s all no your not! And I said well what were u expecting a screaming 12 yr old. And he just kinda laughed and nodded hahah. And he’s like haley your my date. And I don’t get to go on dates and this is fun. He’s all your so normal and ur life is so interesing and your easy to talk to
and your not caught up in all the celeb stuff. And I just kinda sat there and smiled as he complimented me and kept calling me his date and a new friend. It was really sweet. Um we talked about LA and how he thinks I need to come out again so that I can actually see the city. And I asked him if he had ever been to minnesota and he said. Honestly I have no idea. Hahahah so then he asked his dad and his dad was like um nooo. Ahahah it was tooo funny. And then I was telling him about the cardboard cutout I saw of him that I almost bought. And he was like whattt how much was I? And I said 25 dollars and he was waaay offended and goes I think my face is worth way more than that hahah. And he asked if I bought it but I told him no because it was too big and I couldn’t bring it on the plane. And the guy who was trying to sell it to me was
all ohhh we can just keep folding it up. And corbins dad I thought was going to pee his pants. He was like corb we’re just gonna fold ya up and stick u on a plane…haha it was soooo funny. So we were talking and he told me about his new car. And we talked about me being a cheerleader and how I’ve created a frenzie here. And idk I felt like I had known him forever. We conected right away. And he kept like touching my arm and smiling and winking and hugging me and idk it was cute. So eventually the date ended but we took a few more pics. And we walked outdise and took pics and then he finally had to go. But he gave me the biggest hug ever. Whispered in my ear and told me how much fun he had and how he wishes he could keep in contact with me but he couldn’t give me info due to a stalking problem or something idk….ohhh and he told me about how he was held hostage in south america…hahah funny story. But anyway as
he was whisperiing in my ear and hugging me….well more like holding me his dad comes up and he said it was really nice to meet you and I went to shake his hand and he goes ohh no I get a hug from my sons date. And corbin was all omg dad..haha but his dad was like thank you so much for being so chill around him. He needed that. So it was cute. So then he’s walking away and so are we and he kept looking back and winking and waving and smiling and then he’s like waiiiit and he runs up to me and gives me one last hug and he just told me how much fun he had and he gave me this sad face and waslike I don’t wanna leave. And I said either do I. And he gave me another hug and told me I was amzing haha. It was soooo cute! And he kept thanking me for everything.
She said they also talked about how she is into music production with a group called Saluting the Rockies. He got really interested and now is their new face of promotions You know if Corbin says it’s good, it’s worth giving a listen. So check out their MySpace and give them a chance.

‘Twas the night before the dance
And all through the town
All the jealous Corbin fans were pouting in their gowns.
The date was set and was planned with care
Knowing that Haley and Corbin would soon be there!While I was nestled, all snug in my bed
I had visions of me and Corbin dancing in my head.
My mom in her robe and my sister in her HSM cap
Had just settled down for a much needed nap.
When out on the street I heard a loud clatter
I jumped out of bed to see what was the matter.
I ran to the door I flew like a flash
And there stood my dream date, Corbin Bleu wearing the Prom King sash!
The big bright moon shone down on Corbin below
I was not paying attention and I stubbed my big toe!
When what to my wondering eye should appear
But there he stood so I had nothing to fear!

One of our VanAshBreNique readers sent me this wonderful email last week. Attached to the mail was a gift. Ever since I got it, I’ve been wondering how I could share it with the rest of you guys. I’ve shared it with the girls over at FanForum but I couldn’t figure out how to share it here, until now.

She was inspired by the birthday dinner. I hope you like it as much as I do.
What Do You Want For Your Birthday?
“Welcome to your 20s, Mr. Efron.”
He slowly opened his eyes to see Vanessa coming into his bedroom with a breakfast tray in hand. Glancing over to the clock and seeing the ungodly hour of 6:30 AM, he groaned and tried to snuggle back under the covers. The jet lag was still hitting him hard as he tried to adjust back to Los Angeles time after more than 2 weeks across the Pacific.
“Uh uh, birthday boy, time to get up.” Vanessa said as she put the tray down on the nightstand and began pulling the covers off her sleepy boyfriend. But instead of getting up, Zac reached out and pulled her onto the bed, nuzzling her neck and kissing her as he rolled on top of her.
“Zac…stop…we can’t. You’re going to be late and so am I.” Vanessa half-heartedly complained even as she responded, returning his kisses with as much passion as he was giving to her.
“How’d you get here this early?”
“Dad dropped me off on his way to work. Now come on, Jim is stopping by here to drive me to the recording studio over in Westwood. You need to get your butt out of bed and into the shower. You have a 9 o’clock reading in Century City.”
“You’re no fun.” Zac grumbled as he munched on his toast and drank half of his coffee before heading toward the bathroom.
“Oh, so you don’t like breakfast in bed for your birthday, Efron?” Vanessa said in mock anger. “See if I’ll go through the trouble again next year!”
“I like breakfast in bed, but I like YOU in bed better.” Zac said mischievously before quickly closing the bathroom door to avoid the pillow that Vanessa had thrown his way.

“You want to go where for dinner?!” she asked again, not quite sure that she heard him correctly the first time.
“Orso.” Zac replied. “We had a great time there in London and their food is fantastic.”
Vanessa silently watched him for a minute before replying. “Orso? As in the paparazzi paradise?”
“Yeah, why not?” Zac replied with a certain twinkle in his eye.
“Hey, I get to choose the place and you get to pay for dinner as part of my birthday present, that’s what you said this morning.”
“I know, but are you sure? You know the feeding frenzy that’s going to happen when we show up there. Hell, there will be stories in the National Enquirer tomorrow on how we broke up after the salad course but made up just before dessert.”
Zac couldn’t help but laugh, “I’m sure. Besides, I’ve gotten us a limo so we can zip in and out real fast. It’ll be here in 45 minutes. We have reservations for 8 o’clock.”
“First Orso, now a limo?!? Okay, who are you and what have you done with the real Zachary David Alexander Efron?” Vanessa asked, only half kiddingly.

Vanessa’s plan to attack Zac as soon as they were back inside his condo was all but forgotten when she saw the way his living room had been transformed while they were at dinner. It was a recreation of the little restaurant they had been to in Hawaii the night they exchanged their commitment rings. If she thought that night was magical, then what she had just experienced was downright miraculous.
He had held her hand for the world to see the entire night! He had kissed her inside the restaurant, not caring whether or not the people around them saw! He had called her baby! And now this. What the hell was he up to?!
“What’s the matter baby?” He asked as he led her to the couch, silently bemused at the look on her face. “Don’t you remember?”
“I remember Zac. This is the restaurant on Maui where you gave me our ring.” Vanessa whispered as the first inkling of what “all this is about” began to form in her head.
“You asked me this morning what I wanted for my birthday, and I had to make sure that I had the right place to give you my answer. I want you, Vanessa Anne Hudgens. I want you for my birthday and for all the days of my life.” Zac said as he knelt beside her and pulled out the Cartier box with the diamond engagement ring inside.
