CONGRATULATIONS to Kevin, Joe and Nick (aka the Jonas Brothers) for their Grammy Awards nomination!
The brothers from New Jersey are up against 2 Brits (Duffy and Adele); a young songwriter – Jazmine Sullivan; and newly minted country act, Lady Antebellum for one of the big prizes – Best New Artist (incidentally, former JB girl Taylor Swift was a nominee in the same category last year).

Looks like Ashley Tisdale, Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas are having an early Christmas this year. They already got some of their gift courtesy of the Official Silver Spoon Gifting Lounge held during the 2008 American Music Awards at the Nokia Theatre. It sure pays off to be part of the line-up of the show, eh? (Ashley is presenting, the JoBros are performing).

Congratulations to Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas or as they are collectively called – Jonas Brothers for their American Music Awards T-mobile Breakthrough Artist nomination.
The brothers who are also scheduled to perform during the award show on November 23rd are up against artist such as Colbie Caillat, Flo Rida, Paramore and The-Dream.
Since the winners will be determined by online voting at amavote.com and through text messaging – there is a very big chance the brothers will take home this award – their devoted fans are known to be dedicated text voting machines (one of the symptoms of OJB apparently …

The new Disney Channel Series starring Mickey Mouse’s superstars of the moment, The Jonas Brothers, will start shooting on September 29th, according to Access Hollywood.
The series will be a single camera, live-action comedy about balancing rocker life and everyday teenage stuff. The boys – redubbed the Lucas brothers, Kevin Lucas, Joe Lucas and Nick Lucas – will play in a fictitious band called J*O*N*A*S and live with their parents in a converted fire station in New Jersey. Plot lines include juggling household chores, hitting celebrity events, attending private high school and dealing with overzealous fans.

The Jonas Brother’s sophomore album from Hollywood Records landed on the top spot of Billboard’s Top 200 Album list. “A Little Bit Longer” sold an impressive 525,000 copies making it the 3rd best debut of the year. All the promotion it received paid off.
