Don’t forget to tune in at 8 pm tonight on CBS (please check your local listing for channel) to watch our Monique Coleman in Million Dollar Password. She and MTV’s Damian Fahey will team up with contestants tonight to go for the million dollar price.
I started watching this new version of the TV classic a couple of weeks ago - and let’s just say I really get into the game.
Let’s hope Mo will be the one to help a contestant win the million dollars, tonight.
So don’t forget to watch and come back here tomorrow so we can discuss how it went.

Instead of 20 this year, we only have 13, but that’s fine by me, that just means that the other 7 spots are part of the Wildcats and are on their way to achieving their stars. TV Guide released their top 13 young stars to watch out for and we’re definitely pleased that lots of our own, especially one, made the list again.
13. Meaghan Martin (Camp Rock)
12. Mitchel Musso (Hannah Montana)
11. David Henrie (Wizards)
10. Jordan Pruitt
09. Ali Lohan 08. Alyson Stoner (Camp Rock)
07. Emma Roberts 06. The Sprouse Twins (TSL)
05. Brenda Song (TSL)
04. Emily Osment (Hannah Montana)
03. Miranda Cosgrove 02. Demi Lovato (Camp Rock, PPP, Mollywood)
01. Selena Gomez (Wizards, PPP)
Is this list fair to you? Who would you put on it that’s not there? For me, Brenda would be higher than Selena, but then again, I’m just a wee bit bias on that  And I think we should expect Sam Droke there next year and just where is Anna Maria Perez de Tagle? She so needs to be on there!

Joining the likes of Blake Lively, Emma Stone, the cast of Gossip Girl, Olivia Thirlby and Jonah Hill are the Jonas Brothers! I wouldn’t have picked them out of the crowd, but they are sure making themselves a household name and Vanity Fair has certainly recognized it.
Gracing the cover are 4 of the ‘new wave’ actresses - Emma Roberts, Kristen Stewart, Blake Lively and Amanda Seyfried (yay!) - the Hollywood Yearbook hits stands in August.

Yet another time where our press invitation clearly got lost in the mail. But, don’t get to discouraged yet. Tommy2.net is giving us the recap in at least two parts. Everything from character profiling to future projects, including producing that Disney show about her life working at the mall. So, click here and give it a listen. There’s a lot of fun information. I’ll be back with part 2 when it gets posted.

So first we had the conversion from video tapes to DVDS and most of us should remember how that went. The price jack, the having to actually buy a DVD player because the only thing you had and could afford was a newer VCR player and can we talk about trying to wire the new equipment up? Yeah, so it was difficult and now the entertainment industry is plugging Blu-rays off of the general public. But this may be one time where I have to investigate the Blu-ray Discs and it’s equipment. All for the love of High School Musical, ladies and gents, all for the love.
Disney is set to launch something called the Disney BD Live Network, which invites you into a whole online community. Um, isn’t this what we have here anyway? It’s a free service that will be included on every Disney Blu-ray disc starting with “Sleeping Beauty” on October 17, and will connect Blu-Ray Disc Live-enabled movies to the Internet, allowing a variety of interactive features to be downloaded to the disc. And this is what gets me - The ability for people to sync their players together and watch the film in real-time together with on-screen chatting capabilities. Can anyone say VABN/FanForum HSM3 Viewing Party in the future?
Want more? Sure, why not. Disney can even hold a live viewing for fans with the Wildcat 10 and rest of the cast, with everyone’s machines sync’d together across America as they provide commentary and respond to questions. Who else wants to ask about his hair and how often he cuts it? Or, we could even ask Vanessa about her home-schooling that she’s mentioned almost every interview that I’ve seen so far. I know what I would be asking though - CAN WE BE YOUR STREET TEAM?
There’s no news on whether there are plans to do this for HSM1 or 2, but I wouldn’t put it past Disney to do so. High School Musical is still a major money maker and I have a feeling will be for a long, long time. So, who’s up for that viewing party?

It’s been a while since we’ve had anything to read or say on singing sister duo Aly & AJ Michalka, but last night proved a wealth of tiny tidbits that amount to a big headline. Not only has their new official website been re-launched (great layout!) but it seems that the sisters have picked up a stalker and a design deal along the way.
The Associated Press, Columbia Dispatch, as well as many other small town newspapers reported as of yesterday that Rex Mettler, 42, was arrested for stalking the girls. Mettler is accused of stalking and making violent threats to the singing sisters and police investigators collected unspecified evidence from his home. He is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow in Fairfield County Municipal Court.
And when you think of designing and sisters/siblings together, you normally think clothes, no? Well, in this case not so much. Instead of mimicking The Sprouse Twins or the Olsens and creating their own line of tween-teen clothing (which, btw, would be awesome), the Michalka sisters are designing and launching their own video game accessories this fall. Weird, right? What are those?
Well, for all of us non gamers, this means guitar controllers for right now. This is the first product that will launch in September and be available for the Wii and PS2 Versions of Guitar Hero.
“We wanted to do something that really speaks to the girls who are fans of these games,” said Aly, the older of the two sisters. “We love the idea of being able to bring them into our music by playing one of our guitars.”

Just a few more updates that we just stumbled upon that I missed Hope you all don’t mind.
First up - That picture to your left - It’s the DVD Cover Ad for Another Cinderella Story starring cutie Drew Seeley and rising starlet Selena Gomez. I love the tag line they used as well - “A dance-influenced Cinderella Story”. That so goes in my shopping cart
The poster also covers ‘extras’ that are included on the DVD and Blu-Ray Disc that hits streets on September 16th. The extras include a music video, spotlights on Drew and Selena, Sing-A-Long, Spotlight on the Stepmother and also Mary: Dancing Ever After. Should be interesting to say the least. And as soon as I find a pre-order link, I’ll post it.

Unfortunately for Kelli Baker, she did not make the final cut on So You Think You Can Dance Season 4, but a fellow dancer from Odyssey Dance Theater and HSM-Dancer Alumni, Thayne Jasperson did! You can watch his short audition piece below and even though Kelli did not make it to the top 20, this gives us another reason to watch.
If you don’t know how SYTYCD works, here’s the basics - The Top 20 finalists will be paired into 10 couples and learn a choreographed dance routine from a variety of genres — including hip-hop, Broadway, disco and ballroom, among others — before performing during the two-hour performance episode. Home viewers will be able to vote for their favorite couples immediately following the broadcast.
The following night at 9PM ET/PT, So You Think You Can Dance will air its first live fourth-season results show — in which the three couples who received the lowest number of home viewer votes will be announced. Each dancer in those three couples will then be given one last chance to impress the judges with his or her solo routine.
After all six dancers have performed, the judges will send one male and one female finalist home, revealing the Top 18.
And this is our guy to watch for:
Thayne Jasperson, a 27-year-old contemporary dancer from Springville, UT
Jasperson was a featured dancer in High School Musical and High School Musical 2. He danced five years with Odyssey Dance Theatre in Salt Lake City, but has only been dancing six years.

Chris Warren, Jr. just wants to surprise us all, apparently. He’s filmed a TV movie titled Depth Charge in which he plays James Piersall aboard an American nuclear submarine.
According to IMDB it is scheduled for a July 2008 release on an unknown day and network. However, with some searching you can find the whole movie online right now. I’m loading one right now, but it’s running as one of the slowest downloads ever, so I can’t give you my professional movie-watcher’s opinion.
But, I will give you RHItv.com’s full description:
Deep in the ocean’s waters, an American nuclear submarine is nearing its target — a city of several million people, and home to some of the most powerful people on Earth. The sub continues to bear down; the city and its unsuspecting citizens go about their business. We are approaching zero hour. The submarine loads its lethal arsenal. And the city? Washington D.C.
In this all-too-real thriller, Academy Award nominee Eric Roberts stars as Captain Krieg, a rogue submarine commander who conspires with Russian mercenaries to hold the American government hostage. The charge is total disregard of the people. The ransom is 1 billion dollars and the resignations of the President and his entire cabinet. And the threat is total nuclear destruction. Will Captain Kreig be able to use the most powerful weapons on the plane to re-invent the world… by destroying it?
With stunning detail, timely twists and a storyline that’s just a little too close for comfort, DEPTH CHARGE is deeply satisfying, deeply disturbing entertainment.
