Zac took over the box office, Corbin took over the stage and Ashley is going back to television…but the one to really make headlines, not just in the US, but all over the world, is Monique.
She was in Capitol Hill earlier this month and now is in NYC, speaking at the United Nations as part of their International Year of the Youth.
She’s amazing and I don’t think we’ll ever tire of hearing her name with a movement like this. Monique really is going to take over the world. Check out her speech …

VABN was lucky enough to be invited to the Nylon and Young Hollywood Awards on Wednesday and Thursday nights and ran into a few friends of ours — Vanessa, Zac, Brenda, Drew, Chelsea Staub, Tiffany Thornton and Monique, among many others.
The biggest shock of the parties: Brenda and Trace Cyrus! We really don’t know what to think about that. Our jaws dropped when we saw them hand-in-hand.

I’m doing a 5day juice fast. Mainly, green juice, red (carrot, beet, ginger), detox teas, & 1 protein shake w/ almond milk
I try to cleanse 3X a yr. I do it to “clean out”, but also to exercise self discipline & for clarity. I believe a clean body = a clear head
The benefits are undeniable: more energy & feeling light and “clean”…we sometimes don’t realize how what we eat “weighs” us down
