Big news for Brittany!
Not only has she started work on her new NBC series, Harry’s Law, but she’s being honored by The Point Foundation!
The Point Foundation (Point), the largest scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) students of merit in the US, has announced actress Brittany Snow (New Line Cinema’s “Hairspray,” NBC’s “Harry’s Law”) as the recipient of its inaugural Point Horizon Award.
The award will be presented at Point’s fourth annual Los Angeles benefit, Point Honors, to be held on September 25, 2010.

Not only did we get super cute pics of Brittany and Vanessa (BFF REUNION!!!!) at the Activision E3 Preview from last night, we just got a snippet of Brittany’s new NBC show, Harry’s Law.
Formerly titled Kindreds, the series follows a curmudgeonly former patent lawyer, played by Kathy Bates. Brittany is set to play her assistant and a key member of the firm and British actor Ben Chaplin will play a high school biology teacher who hires Bates in a wrongful-termination case.

Year In Review: The New Obsessions

Everyone knows there’s a lack of good female-oriented scripts, especially in a male-driven industry. But as of late there have been a handful of really great female characters being written. Now, consider this – writing more intelligent, more complex, funnier, more kick ass… just MORE well-written && FUN female roles. How ’bout that?
We just want to see wonderfully written female characters in more films – I mean seriously, we’d love to see this on a more recurring fashion. Also, we kinda want this whole thing with Brittany && Vanessa (1:04) to come to fruition at one point …
