Yes, it’s true. HSM4 is happening. We may or may not see Sharpay back in action at East High or even Chad because you know they’re both at University of Albuquerque, who knows. I’m looking forward to new plot deets….especially to see if Kenny Ortega is back as director/choreographer/God.
Here’s what we know so far: East meets West in a classic love triangle set against the cross-town school rivalry between the East High Wildcats and West High Knights. West Side Story anyone?

hsm4 is not great at all
Okay I Cant Sit And Look At This Anymore! How Can People Just Assume Hsm4 Will Be Bad I Dont Like The NEWBIES Either But It Will Be Interesting I Agree No Need For A Hsm4 But Its Happening Lets Stop Trashing It Chay These Comments Are Mad Lets Get RidOf This Post Or Do Something!
I have no interest in watching another HSM movie. The third one tied everything up for me. But, I have no doubt that a new crop of younger kids might watch the next one.
I don’t think I’ll watch it. HSM3 was the end for me, and it should’ve been left with that ending, not continued on. Sorry if I sound biased.
Though the love triangle sounds interesting. Out of curiosity, I may watch it, but probably not on the day it’s released. Honestly, I’m not fond of Disney continuing the franchise, and it won’t be the same without the original six and their genuine chemistry.

Well no offense but…I am more of a Zac and Vanessa fan than a High School Musical fan. I’m sorry but I do not support the HSM Franchise when Z and V aren’t in it. They are why I even bother watching a movie like HSM. But I guess since I am an older fan (I’m 17) I probably don’t have the same thoughts as the younger kids. Anyway, can’t wait for Kid’s Choice Awards. Vote for V!
If Ashley reprise her role as Sharpay for HSM4, I know definitely the movie will be a success. Ashley, as Sharpay, can carry the movie and bring in many viewers for HSM4. Ashley can also bring in higher ratings for Disney Channel as well. Of course, Ashley (Sharpay) will have mostly all the screen times, scripts, songs, and dances to HSM4 in order to be successful. There is an opening for Sharpay to return with the new cast members and with her as an drama teacher assistant will make a better story line for HSM4 along with the new cast members.

excatly…no zanessa= no movie!..sorry i will always love zanessa no matter what but the other kids really dont act to well and 3 was a goodbye ending not a hey time to come back…the only way they would possibly come back is one if they where issued a 6 million deal or higher..along with vanessa…and something to do with college! need i say more…sorry hsm 3 was it for me!
Well, am not wasting my precious dough on this at the cinema. Will watch it if it is shown on TV. I just wish the young uns at least half the success achieved by the old team.

I don’t get the hole idea on HSM4, if not eny of the 6 main cast that have been there in 3 movies, why make an 4 of it? i don’t think that it’s gonna be eny hit, Because they made it clear that this would be goodbye, and so we were ready to say goodbye.
You can’t just replase some one that have been there in 3 movies!
But That’s just my opinion!
