   that one of V doing “Colors of the Wind” is from 2 years ago..

   && man they got the Pussycat Dolls to do “I Won’t Say (I’m in Love)”? *pout

   that’s one of my favorite all time Disney songs.. on my iPod && everything… i’d love V to do a rendition of that song..

   && word to the little letter Sarah.. (saw Aida on Broadway back in 2001 when i was in NY && gaaaah!)

   this looks really good though! gaaaah they got Alicia to do “Reflection”! && my husband (with RiRi) did Aladdin! awh, that brings back childhood memories, Christmas.. singing with my cousin lmao

   as much as i want V to part ways with Disney – i can’t knock the fact that they have some amazing songs.. wish she woulda been apart of this DisneyMania album..

   I had better take cover as it seems I’m the only one who is really happy V is not part of this. I agree that Disney has some great movies and songs (I love the animated classics) but for some reason, to me, Vanessa and disney do not gel, at least now. I don’t mind her doing something disney related once she’s established as non-disney e.g Keira Knightley. For now, considering her personality and bent, the farther from Disney she is, the happier I am.

   You know what, Chika? I think I agree with you on that:) I don’t want Vanessa labeled as a Disney Girl forever. She seems too much a free-spirit to be tied to them forever. I think Vanessa may want to break into other things as she gets into her 20s. Disney has been good to her and vice-versa. But, I don’t want her completely strapped to the Disney name and wind up type-cast in the future. But, whatever V decides to do, I will support her:)

   Yeah i agree.. i mean they do have some really good songs on there but.. i’m kind of glad she’s not apart of it.

   Maybe when she hits the same status as Alicia Keys or Beyonce then i’d be happy to see her on one of these CD’s but as of right now i’d like to see her venture elsewhere. There’s a “whole new world” as Aladdin would say.

   I’m glad Vanessa’s not on it. So many people only think of her as the Disney Girl. The farther away from Disney she gets the happier she will be. In a few months she’ll be 20. You can’t be labeled Disney forever.

   malia, ashley is 23 and still happy with disney. i don’t think that means she’ll be “labeled Disney” forever…
   i don’t understand why people think Disney is this big bad monster who ruins people’s lives. obviously it helps people achieve their dreams, because if it didn’t we wouldn’t all be at this website right now.

   and i just have to ask, WHY in the world would they put anna maria perez de tagle on there? that wasn’t even her real voice in Camp Rock (they pulled a drew seeley/zac efron again), and I know her singing in Hannah Montana wasn’t necessarily real but it’s probably closer to the real thing than someone else’s voice entirely.

   to me:
   Anna Maria Perez de Tagle DID use her real voice.. it was Jasmine Richards that didnt.

   My favorite version of “I Won’t Say (I’m In Love)” is by the Cheetah Girls it sounds a lot like the original! I’m looking forward to hearing Demi and Anna Maria! But Rhianna and Chris Brown?! How are they at all related to Disney and the Pussycat Dolls?! Are they serious?!

    I think Vanessa is trying to move on from Disney. I really don’t know how many CD that she is contracted with Hollowood Record, hopefully just these two; and finishing these concert tours for August & part of September. Maybe that is why she turn down playing the lead of “Prom Night” to record her CD. And she is stopping at HSM3.

    She was not a Disney before HSM. She just audition for the part, because she need a movie job for the money (which she had mention in one of her earlier interview after HSM1).

    This is good that Vanessa is not on this CD. I believe she is trying to ease herself out from Disney all together. I am sure she is very appreciate of what Disney has done for her, however, I believe she wants to grow and expand herself to bigger and better roles.
