In Defense of a Dork

Apparently our article, The Art of Being a Dork, struck a cord on Betty from Fanforum. Here is her “rebuttal”:
So Chay felt compelled to blog about Zac’s dorkiness! The woman just loves to push my buttons, she is very aware how defensive I get when the girls at FF decide to pick on Zac—especially when I suspect that Crystal is behind the malice. But of course, I know it’s all in good fun, and well truth be told, every once in awhile I even think he deserves it! And as is often the case, when one of us expresses a thought or idea, well then another one of us is very likely to respond, or in this case refute it. So with that in mind, I came up with my own rebuttals to Chay’s captions.
Caption #1: Making fun of Zac because he wore sunglasses inside, citing Marcie’s account of Zac donning said sunglasses at the mother’s day brunch. In the process, however, she used defaced one of our all time most sacred mall-shopping pics, so all bets were off on this one, and I merely had to state the obvious!
Caption #2: Twirling a stick while whistling. I stand by my interpretation, and privately thanked Zac for helping us out on this one!
Caption #3: Interpreting Zac’s body language away from the action in front of him as “forgetfulness.”
Okay, like I said, sometimes he deserves it, but then again, many have defended him on this point, admitting to similar behavior while watching the game on the Jumbo-Tron. Hmmmm, I don’t know, boarder line case for me, he did have floor seats for goodness sakes!
But then again………..
(And I have to add, I’m loving this pic because of the arm love—along with another certain word that I promised I wouldn’t mention :lol:, plus the fact that this pic spawned an entirely different topic of conversation back at FF—think enthusiasm!)
Caption #4: “Having his own beautiful Bball girls………I don’t know it might just be me, but I didn’t get this one at all. More like stud vs. dork.
Caption #5: Trying to get GFs attention by clapping louder than everyone else. This one falls into the adorkable category in my opinion.
Caption #6: The art of smelling her gorgeousness’ hair in another attempt to get her attention. I think I speak for all kuuipos on this one!
So there you have it, my defense of Zac! And as you can see, we enjoy agreeing to disagree. 
Oh, and one more observation……………
Any guy that can make his girl smile like that, just because he’s smiling along with her too, well let’s just say I hope we all find our own adorkable “dork” as well.
