Don’t worry Monique, I did the same thing to when I first started out, but learned really quickly. They are painful like that. Here’s a trick - always make an extra hole in the strap between where it feels comfortable and uncomfortable, and use that while you’re learning. So much easier on your whole foot. But, gotta say something on the lotion - not a lot, k? Don’t want Alec or Louis to slip on your hand and go flying across the floor

personally i didn’t know that speakernight was vanessa’s single, or that it would premiere on radio disney. so thanks ‘hi’ (i think it’s a possibility that you were talking to the fans too and not just the vabn staff, but what do i know?).
