Yes, the ring is there. Girls are more prone to make sure their jewelry is in place and it has had many different faces in many different pics because of the light. I remember some pis even made people believe a diamond was added to it. ( which is not true )

I am one of those people who find Zac and Vanessa to be an adorable couple. I love on this site that there is very little focus on the ring. None of us know what the future holds for them, but they seem to have a more mature relationship than a lot of people older than them. I personally feel the more people you date the more baggage you tend to have. That is just my opinion.

But Popstar also indicated that Zac&Vanessa, have been “on-again, off again, but mostly on”.

The last picture with the cast of “Will” with Aly and Vanessa standing side by side brings a smile to my face. I mean I knew Aly is tall (She was taller then her “Phil of the Future” co-star Ricky Ullman) but still it’s kinda cute. LOL
I must say Gaelan is looking quite dapper in this pic and more and more like Shia LaBeouf every time I see him.

“the on-again, off again, but mostly on” I think was during the early part of their relationship I think. I’m thinking there was maybe a rough patch when the publicity machine started for HSM and a lot of the tween and teen mags were focusing on Zac and Ashley. That Teen People photoshoot/interview didn’t help matters. It must have been hard to hear that a lot of people wanted your boyfriend and your best friend to hook up because people loved their on-screen chemistry. Even if you knew nothing was going on it would have been hard.

Erin, I agree with you on how it must’ve been hard on them in those earlier days. They had to get used to everything, and I think on the one hand Zac and Vanessa were relieved that no one “knew” or that no one was asking them about each other at events and interviews the way Zac and Ashley were always bombarded with questions about whether or not they were dating. But on the other hand, it must’ve been kind of confusing for Zac and Vanessa because the mags throughout all of 2006 (with the exception of Popstar! Dec. issue) made it seem as if EVERYONE wanted something to happen with Z and A. But I’m positive Zac & Vanessa wouldn’t have paid attention to that anyway. But I myself remember feeling frustrated with all the mags (coughESPECIALLYtwistcough)but now when I look back it was all just really silly. -

Looking hot as usual, Vanessa Hudgens showed up at the Explicit Ills Premiere in Austin Texas, and noticeable missing was boy toy Zac Efron. The Explicit Ills stars Rosario Dawson and is an Indie Flick. This sounds like a really edgy movie, maybe that’s the direction that Vanessa should take her direction into if she really wants edgy movie roles instead of playing high school girls. We think Vanessa as the potential to become the next Hollywood bombshell.
And I’m pretty sure that the people who “panic” over the ring fall into two different categories.
1. Those who are terrified they will break up.
2. Those who are praying they will break up.
