According to the bidding site the lunch will take place in L.A. and obviously, the highest bid wins. Fans have until April 15th and 6pm EST to place their maxim bid for the possible once-in-a-lifetime chance to sit down with Disney’s bright-smile triple threat.

The charity this auction will be benefiting is, again, Artist’s for a New South Africa. Also known as ANSA. It is a nonprofit organization working in the United States and South Africa to fight HIV/AIDS, assist children who have been orphaned by AIDS, advance human and civil rights, to safeguard voting rights, and educate and empower youth.
