What would you give to have a lunch with Disney’s Corbin Bleu? An arm? A leg? Maybe that pesky little kidney your always being asked for? Think no more on it! All you have to give is CASH. A winning bid amount, to be exact.
A lunch with Corbin Bleu has been put up for auction by the charity Artist’s for a New South Africa. This will give fans a chance not only to meet this curly-haired-cutie but to help out a very worthy charity in return. Ultimately? Good Karma Points for all! According to the bidding site the lunch will take place in L.A. and obviously, the highest bid wins. Fans have until April 15th and 6pm EST to place their maxim bid for the possible once-in-a-lifetime chance to sit down with Disney’s bright-smile triple threat.
The charity this auction will be benefiting is, again, Artist’s for a New South Africa. Also known as ANSA. It is a nonprofit organization working in the United States and South Africa to fight HIV/AIDS, assist children who have been orphaned by AIDS, advance human and civil rights, to safeguard voting rights, and educate and empower youth. Visiting their site, which you can find here, will give you a sense of what they really stand for and I recommend it to any one who might be considering placing a bid.
So show your support for ANSA and show your support for our boy, Corbin. Come on - we know he’s worth a lot now we just want to prove it to him and to the charity this lunch will benefit.
The link to the bid is here. Remember the bidding ends April 15th at 6pm EST

The Wildcats are back! The Wildcats are back!
Well, not all of them yet - since a certain blue-eyed boy is still busy being Richard Samuels. Hopefully by next week, we’ll have all of the original 10 plus the new 3 additions. I’m just surprise (ok, maybe not) that paparazzi spotted them coming out of a “secret” rehearsal venue. I was actually hoping Marcie will get to them first (unless Marcie turned paparazzo on us :eyebrow: )
Btw, start of production/filming has been pushed back one week to April 29th, according to Utah Film Commission.

Lucas Grabeel has been appointed by National Organizations for Youth Safety and the AllState Foundation as the spokesperson for their “Act out Loud: Raising Voices for Safe Teen Driving,” a teen-led activism contest.
Lucas will be available on Monday, May 5th for interview and to showcase the 10 finalist of the contest. Visit Act out Loud for more info on the contest. May is the National Youth Traffic Safety Month.
This good cause is actually not the only thing that will give Lucas a break from HSM3 in the next month or so. The movie he shot in Utah last year, The Adventures of Food Boy will have its world premiere at the Newport Beach Film Festival on Saturday, August 26th at 3:15 pm. So Lucas fans in Orange County (or surrounding area), here’s your chance to meet Mr. Grabeel!

The first (hopefully of many) entry of our guest VABN blogger and FF girl, Cris
Zac Efron prefers to stay home. We already know that he’s a fairly private person, likes to hang out with friends, play video games and visit his family. His Gorgeousness has told us that himself. What? A celebrity that loves his friends and family - that can’t be!
Wait a moment - let’s give this crazy accusation some thought. He’s still fairly young and if he didn’t party before everyone from my grandmother to her dog knew who he was - what did everyone expect?
Maybe the answer is that they weren’t necessarily expecting anything. But they were hoping. Sex, drugs and partying sells better than “homebodies.” He’s still a squeaky clean Disney star - much to the delight of Disney executives. If he was a “party dude” it would be far easier to catch him in the act of doing something “wrong.”

for the night of April 9th, anyway.
Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens will join Miley Cyrus (and many big name Hollywood stars) in Fox’s American Idol Gives Back Charity special, to help raise funds for multiple charitable organizations.
The two Wildcats will more likely appear in a pre-taped segment; both will be in the middle of rehearsals for High School Musical 3 in Salt Lake City come April 9th.

When the latest interview from Zac Efron was posted, it was done without anything else said. Well, except for the title which I thought hinted what I think about the interview.
Well, here’s my take on it - if you care to know…
First, print interviews are never 100% accurate. NEVER. Body language and the tone of the voice can make a difference on whether a statement is out of excitement or sarcasm. The writer’s view/perspective has to be taken into account as well – was s/he 100% in his/her game the day of the interview or thinking about the Superbowl? Did s/he want to be there or was s/he depending on this interview to keep his/her job? You see where I’m getting at?
But this is not about the writer. This is not really even about the interview, which if you ask me sounds just like every single Zac Efron interview.

BRENDA! GUESS WHAT DAY IT IS! IT’S YOUR BIRTHDAY! And Jill is way more than excited!
So this means one more year and we can actually take you out to get drunk like we’re doing to Sarah in a few months!
And now, like your parents will most likely do, I am so going to embarrass you with pictures! Look how you’ve grown! Don’t give me that look missy, at least I did not whip out the naked baby ones
