It’s been quite a week here in VABN, have you noticed?

I know it might seem like we are conceding to the bullying when we decided to take out the chatbox. But we feel that it’s best we take out the “sandbox” for now. Hopefully, they’ll find another playground to visit. I’m getting too old to be playing against kids.

And a snafu caused by an oversight on our part - I guess we forgot to remind everyone, who might have bookmarked (or “favorite” us) back in our blogspot days, to change the URL when we transferred homes late last year. We had the blogspot blog re-direct everyone to this new home but I guess that “service” has expired. So now, some readers, who used the saved link, are getting errors when trying to access VABN. I hope they find their way back; and if you are one of them - we apologize.

Ok.. on to the fun stuff..

We are still accepting your VABN confessions i.e. your declaration of love/support of your favorite star (or how you became obsessed ). We’ll take a video, an artwork or banner (500 x 250 max) or a short statement for the confession. Make it fun and clean - with perhaps a VABN twist.

VABN style

• For the Dress Up section, I attempted to dress Vanessa as her Will character, Sa5m. I did this one awhile back and maybe I should have changed it a bit. It’s too literal of a translation of the script that leaked a month ago
• Under the section Look and Style, are several sub-sections, which require your input:
  • We picked sassy sister again, Monique Coleman, for the Look of the Week. This time for her pre-Oscar appearance. I love the color!
  • I couldn’t help it, I have Miley at the Oscars for Love it or Hate it. I don’t know what prompted me, but that outfit was just begging to be discussed

  Anyway, those are our pick, if you have any suggestions for the following week’s entry, leave them in the comment section.

• yep, we still want to hear from you for all the fashionista out there for the VABN style section.
  Show us (and all the readers) your stylish/fashionista side - be it through your favorite outfit (Show and Tell); or that adventure you had while trying to bleach your hair like Sharpay, your quest to find the perfect shoes like Monique’s, or wearing your hair in a breaded pigtail like Vanessa - we want to know your VABN style story.
