No surprise here..

There’s no surprise that Entertainment Weekly recognizes several Disney stars as on of their 25 Entertainers of the Year. The Mouse would be so proud. VABN salutes the 3* that made it this year; hope to see more next year.

Miley Cyrus - a fitting recognition for someone who could light up a room. Even middle-aged mothers go Corrie when she’s around. If that’s not an “entertainer”, I don’t know what is. Having a sister who is also a fanatic of your alter-ego should be enough evidence, right?Shia LaBeouf - I would say the first person in his generation to become an A-lister in Hollywood (if he’s not already). Someone who knows how to pick roles devoid of any manufactured image - no hearthrob image to maintain or protect. Now if only he can stay away from drugstores while intoxicated.speaking of hearthrob -Zac Efron - a well-deserved recognition. We hope to see him again on the list next year - preferrably on the cover. *we do realize that there are more people on the list that could be considered “Disney stars” - but we chose to highlight these 3 because they are more closely affiliated with Disney than the others.
