House hunting in the Hills…
Vanessa Hudgens was spotted looking at 5 houses yesterday in the Hollywood Hills. Now eyebrows are raised, speculations abound on whether her Gorgeousness is getting ready to leave the nest, on her own or with a particular someone (you know – a roommate, what else did you think I was trying to say?).
Homeownership is a major step for anyone, but most especially for someone who has admitted to be used to having someone do things for her. Now, she has said in the past that she would rather invest in a real estate i.e. buy a house, and live there with her parents. But things in her life could have very well progress in a way that she feels comfortable enough to finally move out. I mean she is very mature for her age and most definitely financially able to get a place of her own.
The other scenario is of course, living with a roommate – not a rare occurrence. Quite a lot of young people move in with friends when they go to college and such. Of course since she’s not a college student and she can afford the house, her situation is slightly different than those of a regular college-age person. I’m sure there’s someone in her circle of friends that would not mind sharing an abode with her – she seems like she’s fun to be with. Actually, Zac said she is.Whatever the case maybe, the bottom line is - she’s buying a house… whether she’s buying it for her parents or for her (and a roommate), remains to be seen…She seems to know what she’s doing – buying during buyer’s market for instance. I do hope she picks the right house.
This is a milestone for our favorite girl and we couldn’t be any prouder.
I hope she calls when she needs a house-sitter.

p.s. i’m secretly hoping its for her as it would hopefully give her greater privacy, especially with friends or potential, future roommates, coughzaccough.

OMG, that house is absolutely beautiful! I’d buy it in a heartbeat if I had the money and the furnishings were included. It sure must be nice to be able to afford homes as gorgeous as that one. *sigh*
