Disney Channel Stars here to bring in the Holidays

It came out in October, but now that holidays are just around the corner, we thought we’d let you know about a Christmas CD everyone should have in their cars and on their iPods this season. From Miley Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree to Lucas singing Let it Snow along with some new soon-to-be favorites from the rest of our Disney Channel favorites, this album is fun and festive and will get you in the spirit to deal with mall crowds and eat lots of food.
Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree - Miley Cyrus, as Hannah Montana, the credits say, is everyone’s favorite happy song. Hannah gives it her own rocking twist that is catchy and makes you want to get up and dance, or at least, I want to dance.
Girl of My Dreams - The Jonas Brothers have one of the “least festive” sounding songs, but it’s one of my favorite on the album. Heck, most of you would agree that they don’t have to give up the “awesome scarf” their grandma made, we’d gladly be the girl of their dreams
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - The Cheetah Girls
Last Christmas - Ashley Tisdale confused me when I saw this song as her track. I was upset, since I never liked the original, but I’ll be honest with you. If Ashley would have done the original, I probably would have liked the song.
This Christmastime - Corbin Bleu, *sigh*. I could listen to this song on repeat all day. And what I wouldn’t give to be “That pretty girl who lives around the corner.”
Home for the Holidays - Keke Palmer
Best Time of the Year - Christy Carlson Romano
Run Rudolph Run - Billy Ray Cyrus. Now, I know that all the kids love Billy Ray now, but I am convinced this track is on here for the parents who have been listening to this song for YEARS. Just so they have something classic to listen to while they keep the kids calm in the car.
Celebrate Love - Jordan Pruitt
Let It Snow - Lucas Grabeel may win for my favorite track on the CD. You know it’s good if he can beat out Corbin
Though, Momo’s putting up a pretty big battle.
Jingle Bells (a Hip-Hop Carol) - Kyle Massey showed me that when mixed with Christmas music, even I can enjoy mild Hip-Hop
Greatest Time of the Year - Aly & AJ
Christmas Vacation - Monique Coleman, sexy!Sister, she wins. Period. Anyone who ever wants to challenge this girl’s ability to sing, listen to this track. She sounds amazing! Super cute song. Sorry Luc, I think she beat you
I’ll Be Home for Christmas - Drew Seeley, I’ll be honest, this is one of those Christmas songs I get sick of, because everyone and their brother has a version of it recorded, and every version gets put on the radio, but I don’t think I’ll get sick of this one. Drew’s voice is one we all know and love, and he brings a great life to this Christmas classic. And, if you’d like to preview these songs before you go out and buy the album, well, we’ve got that for you too
