What’s a party without a swag or goody bag?
Not much of a party, I say!
Let me start with some HSM2/Wildcats/Zanessa eyecandy
video of the wildcats meeting several kids through Make-a-wish Foundation during the HSM premiere weekend
new Vanessa pictures from today, while she visited the Ocean Drive office in Miami for Best Buddies (the same organization she went bowling for a couple months back) added to her VABN album

Welcome to our new house!
The content is pretty much the same as you can see but we’ve decorated it a bit differently. We hope you’ll like this place as much as you like the “old one”.
But this is not all of it - this is just the “living room”, we hope to have everything else for you to enjoy, shortly…
Thank you for visiting and hope to see you back again.
Kisses from the VABN girls - Jill, Sarah, Rachel, Anne, crystal, and of course ME – chay!

I want to be Matthew Perry! Well, Zac does at least. Matthew Perry was recently casted as Zac’s older self in the upcoming movie Seventeen. Now I, personally, was interested by this choice. Not because I dislike Mr. Perry, quite the opposite actually, but I keep trying to find a similarity between their looks, and I’m coming up empty handed. Any of you out there want to help me out? Oh well, seeing these two in a movie together, even though they won’t share any screen time, should be a fun time.

Why do you like Zanessa? Is it because they look cute/adorable/sigh-worthy together? Or is it something bigger – deeper than that? Is that something, so strong that deep down inside – make you believe in the power of love or love in general – something so powerful and magical no words could truly describe?
I like to think it’s the latter. Am I right?
So answer this - why the immediate panic when one picture doesn’t show what you are expecting to see, or not see them being photographed together at all? If you see this something. why the uproar when an object is missing – an object whose symbolism in unknown except to the couple involved? It’s almost as if you are in desperation to prove to yourself that yes, you are right – they have something beyond what most of us can fathom. Doesn’t this put you on the same boat as all the haters/bashers? Except of course they are desperate to disprove the exact same thing you are trying to prove? You might want to really think about your answer. (Read more…)

The Zac Efron fan in you is probably ready to not only pelt me with tomatoes but with those rotting pumpkins you have around the house, right? You should, nobody should be allowed to imply, left alone say that the person you admire is a dummy.
Then tell me, why does some of his “fans” thinks and implies that he can’t think for himself. Take for example, his new car - there are actually “fans” out there that says somebody talked him into picking the car (hopefully the new EW interview changed that, but I highly doubt it). The car choice is minor compared to the one aspect of his life that not one of his fans even has any business - his personal life. You know where I’m going with this, right?

There’s no surprise that Entertainment Weekly recognizes several Disney stars as on of their 25 Entertainers of the Year. The Mouse would be so proud. VABN salutes the 3* that made it this year; hope to see more next year.
Miley Cyrus - a fitting recognition for someone who could light up a room. Even middle-aged mothers go Corrie when she’s around. If that’s not an “entertainer”, I don’t know what is. Having a sister who is also a fanatic of your alter-ego should be enough evidence, right?Shia LaBeouf - I would say the first person in his generation to become an A-lister in Hollywood (if he’s not already). Someone who knows how to pick roles devoid of any manufactured image - no hearthrob image to maintain or protect. Now if only he can stay away from drugstores while intoxicated.speaking of hearthrob -Zac Efron - a well-deserved recognition. We hope to see him again on the list next year - preferrably on the cover. Said a couple note-worthy things in the little interview, but that’s for another entry - I have a bone to pick.To see the complete list and interviews of Miley, Shia and Zac - click their names above or click here.
*we do realize that there are more people on the list that could be considered “Disney stars” - but we chose to highlight these 3 because they are more closely affiliated with Disney than the others.

There are not many things in life that are worse than having somebody follow you around 24/7, and that’s exactly what this entry is all about.
I have to admit I am no expert in the subject, but I don’t think you need to be to realize that too much attention is not always a great thing. Like the old saying goes: “Too much of a good thing …” can be dangerous? annoying? (insert other possible adjectives here).
It is commonly known that someone becomes a celebrity once the paparazzi take an interest in them, as it is also known that anyone who goes into the business should be prepared and expect this to happen. But the question is, how does one truly prepare for such an invasion and exposure of privacy?
It can’t be easy, but the truthful answer is… they just do.

I hope you all were able to catch the premiere showing of the HSM2 Pop-up Edition tonight. Not alot of new things but the “additional info” during the Bet on It scene made it even more hilarious. I love it!
Of course if you have tuned in to watch the HSM Pop-up Edition before it actually started around 6 pm ET, you probably seen this BTS/Road to HSM2 on partner dancing. If not, here it is: (pay close attention near the end ::wink::)
