The event was hosted by Hilary Duff and attended by Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney, Raven Symone, the Cheetah Girls and Corbin Bleu among others…
Notably absent? One Vanessa Hudgens.
Was she not invited or just did not attend?

I think the reason she was not there was she would have taken the attention away from the chairman and everyone at the event.
It probably was her decision to not be there but I’m thinking it’s a not a big deal/conspiracy typething. Aly & AJ, Jonas, and some others were also not there either. She did go to the US party but it was brief and she seemed to have easily hid away. But in the end I guess we don’t really know much, the highly negative part of me thinks if anything, they invited her and “recommended” she not show as to not draw unwanted attention, I guess… :/ Anyhow she seems happy enough lately so I’m fine with this. I was hoping for some van/corbin/miley pics from there but if I had to choose I’d rather not have her there than put her in the same room with that one cheetah girl who I already hate and on top of that has made some unnecessary assumptions about the vanessa issue.

It was on her myspace blog I believe, someone directed me towards it. I’m pretty sure it was Adrienne, if she’s the one that goes out with Drew. She pretty much gives off the feeling that she doesn’t like Vanessa at all but really it seems immature to make snide comments like that.(The blog was mostly insinuating that Vanessa released the pics,no more disney image, ashley who?, hot album/mag spread..a great big concspiracy) Not to mention she criticised her on another blog too.(SA tour) It all just seemed to be so exaggerated. The girl just comes off unfriendly to me in general so ehh. I’m most likely biased but evreything she says realting to Vanessa comes off annoyingly jealous and irrational.

i think you’re talking about Drew’s girlfriend, Amy. I read that entry, which has since been taken down. Amy was instructed to do so, by whom, she’s not telling. I have a pretty good idea who but it’s old news now.
Ok : ) yea I was directed to it by a someone else but it was only a few days ago so I think it’s still there? : / Ahrg too many things out there. I heard last year he was dating one of the cheetah girls(rumour) so that’s probably why i was confused and my previous dislike proably fueled everything more. But thanks for clearing that up! And you ladies are doing amazing with the blog. Its a nice change from all this other crap out there.
Drew and Belinda, who starred in CG2 with the girls, as well as Raven, are very close friends. Maybe that’s who you’re thinking of. But they never actually dated (pout).
