The HSM2 press conference/photocall was actually held last Tuesday, July 24th at the Four Season’s Hotel in Beverly Hills. Except for Corbin, who is in the middle of his summer tour and Lucas, who is in the middle of production of The Adventures of Food Boy, all the Wildcats were present.
They all looked incredible. This is by far the best photos I’ve seen of the cast.

The Wildcats are not only invading your TV but the newstands as well. And we are not just talking about the usual teeny-bopper rags either. Make sure you visit your local newstand to check them out.
So let’s round-them-up, shall we?

Ashley went shopping last Friday at LA’s Christian Audigier, toting her LV Multicolore Ursula and boyfriend Jared Murillo. Ashley showed off the tan she got from her Hawaiin trip in a pair of short shorts - HAWT!
I think the bag is better suited for this expedition than the ABC All-Star Event (Up fronts) last Thurday. What do you think?

New pictures have emerged showing that Vanessa does in fact wear a hamsa bracelet. That’s the bracelet that was spotted on her during the TCA. It doesn’t match either Zac’s or Ashley’s.
But Girlfriend decided to throw us for a loop, she started wearing something very similar to Boyfriend’s this week, in addition to the hamsa one. I poured over a lot of pictures, zoomed in and out until my eyes hurt (not really I just wanted to be dramatic), and have decided that it’s not the same - it’s similar, but not the same. His is more “rounded”, hers is “flat”.
Here, I let you be the judge and tell me what you think.
Now, granted in some of the pictures above, Boyfriend’s bracelet is showing some wear. The first pic though shows when it first appeared, during the London premiere.
Boyfriend’s had said that his was made by a “friend”. Let’s assume it was Vanessa. Does that mean her skills of constructing this string has vastly improved, and that’s why her version looks more sturdy than his? Your guess is as good as mine.
On to its significance/meaning. First, it’s most definitely not the Kabbalah bracelet or bendel. Bendels are not as thick as the Zanessa ones. It doesn’t look like it has anything to do with supporting an anorexic lifestyle either. So what is it about?
I’ll say it’s just a fashion statement for our favorite pair. Although, it’s quite endearing and certainly gives us a moment to pause and sigh over how adorable they are, especially if Vanessa made it for him.
Or maybe, just maybe - someone knows a little about Jewish mysticism and decided they could use a symbolic request for spiritual and physical protection (and blessings).
With their celebrity status rising, the number of bashers and haters have also risen. They need all the help they could get.

Lucas is currently back in Utah filming his next project, The Adventures of Food Boy from Cold Fusion Films. Lucas will be playing the lead character, Ezra/Food Boy. Also appearing in this film are Olesya Rulin & Ryne Sanborne, who we all know as Kelsi Neilsen & Jason Cross in the High School Musical films.
Plot Outline:
A teenage boy is surprised to discover that he has the super power to make food appear in his hands.
The folks over at Cold Fusion Films have created a YT account so you can check out the behind-the-scene and other “adventures” in filming the movie.
Here’s Day 1 of filming:
They also have a blog about their production of the movie here

“Acting is all about stepping in somebody else’s shoes.”
It was Ashley’s turn to be profiled in the Road to High School Musical 2 last night. Watch as Ashley shows she is the complete opposite of Sharpay Evans, except for their love of performing and clothes.
Also notice that the Wildcats are indeed very close friends. So I don’t know where some of their fans get the idea that they need to be pitted against each other.

Here’s the full video of the 4th single from the soundtrack of HSM2, I Don’t Dance.
Lucas and Corbin’s voices blend in very well and the choreography is another “homerun” for Kenny, Chucky and Bonnie.
This might just be the single to get a crack at Top 40 radio especially when MLB starts playing this song in stadiums across the U.S. and TV spots during this season’s playoff. I have a strong feeling that the league will do so since they have let their pro players participate, by incorporating them in their natural element, in the video. I would have love to see some of them do that baseball bat move though. tehehehe
